Crop 'n Space Privacy Policy

Crop 'n Space is a Google Slides add-on developed by Winston Hartle Creative. It provides tools for cropping images and adjusting the spacing of objects within Google Slides presentations.

Information Crop 'n Space accesses

Crop 'n Space requests access to Google Slides presentations so that it can perform actions requested by the user, such as cropping selected images and adjusting the spacing of selected objects.

The add-on also uses Google Apps Script user properties to remember certain preferences, such as previously used crop dimensions and spacing settings.

How information is used

Access to Google Slides content is used only to perform functions initiated by the user within Google Slides.

Crop 'n Space does not transmit presentation content to Winston Hartle Creative or to external servers. Presentation content is not collected, stored, sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Saved preferences are associated with the user's Google account through Google Apps Script and are used only to provide features such as repeating previously used settings.

Google account information

Google may provide basic account information required for installation and authorization of the add-on. Crop 'n Space does not independently collect or maintain a database of users' Google account information.

Third-party services

Crop 'n Space operates using Google Apps Script and Google Slides services. Use of Google services is subject to Google's own privacy policies and terms.

Data sharing

Crop 'n Space does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Data retention and deletion

Crop 'n Space does not maintain an external database containing user presentation content. Preferences stored through Google Apps Script may remain associated with the user's account while the add-on is in use.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functionality or data practices of Crop 'n Space change.
